MEGA-GRIP™ INSERT ASSEMBLY
WHAT YOU NEED: 1 package Mega-Grip™ Inserts, Set-Screws & 1 Allen Wrench
1. Push insert into point end of shaft until shoulder of insert is flush with end of shaft.
2. Place set-screw on end of allen wrench and place screw into insert. While holding insert, turn wrench clockwise until set-screw is tightened, (until you feel the screw hit the bottom of the insert - appx. 18-19 turns).

TARGET POINT ASSEMBLY
WHAT YOU NEED: 1 package EZ-Release™ Ball Tip or Jack in the Box Points
1. Screw point into assembled insert until flush with insert.
NO-GLUE FLETCH-LOCK™ ASSEMBLY
with Fletch-Lock™ Nocks & Sure-Lock™ Sleeves
WHAT YOU NEED: 1 package Mega-Fletch™ Stabilizers; 1 package Fletch-Lock™ Nock Assemblies
1. Open vanes of fletchings; insert vanes through slits in arrow end, making sure that fletching is pulled tightly against the bottom of the slits.
2. Slide sleeve over end of arrow shaft, making sure the tapered end is toward fletching, and all tines are inside sleeve.
3. As a reference point for Precision Centering, align the “B” stamped either side of the nock with the “ — ” Nock Alignment Line on arrow shaft.
4. Align nock slits with fletching vanes and insert nock into shaft until it seats with shaft edge.
*NOTE: Fletching may be trimmed according to personal preference or environmental conditions.
PREPARATION OF ARROW SHAFTS
To ensure proper assembly of the No-Glue Locking Insert, arrow shafts must be dust-free after trimming to desired length.

WHAT YOU NEED: 1 package Mega-Fletch™ Stabilizers; 1 package Firewall™ Nock Assemblies
1. Open vanes of fletchings; insert vanes through slits in arrow end, making sure that fletching is pulled tightly against the bottom of the slits.
2. Slide sleeve over end of arrow shaft, making sure the tapered end is toward fletching, and all tines are inside sleeve.
3. Align insert slits with fletching vanes, and slide into end of arrow shaft until it seats with shaft edge.
4. Align the nock groove with the “ — ” Nock Alignment Line on the arrow shaft, and slide on until fully seated on insert.
